The Smart prepaid card has four different price plans: Price Leader (Hinnaliider), Free Package (Tasuta pakett), Friend Package (Sõbrapakett) and Normal Price (Tavahind). Your current price plan depends on exactly how you have added talktime to your card.

Activated when you add to your card via bank transfer exactly 125 kroons or use a 125-kroon Price Leader talktime addition card.

Activated when you add to your card via bank transfer 150-199 kroons or use a 150-kroon Friend Package talktime addition card.

The basic rate applies on business days from 8 am to 8 pm, the discount rate on business days from 8 pm to 8 am and 24 hours a day at weekends and national holidays.
The prices in Estonian kroons are quoted as of 01.07.2009, VAT inclusive.
General Terms and Conditions
- The basic rate applies on business days from 8 am to 8 pm. The discount rate applies on business days from 8 am to 8 pm and 24 hours a day at weekends and on public holidays.
- The duration of calls made inside Estonia and abroad are rounded up to the nearest 60 seconds.
- Calls made from Estonia to foreign countries that are 1 to 60 seconds long are shown on the bill as 1-minute calls and calls lasting 61 seconds and more are measured by the second.
- Calls to the numbers of Tele2 Client Services are charged at local call rates.
- Loaded call time is valid for 6 months. We advise you to top up your card if you have not used your call time up in 6 months or you will lose the call time you have bought. You number will be closed if you do not load any call time within 7 months after the last top-up and you have to buy a new Smart Prepaid Card if you wish to carry on using the service. You have to load at least 25 kroons on your card in order to extend its validity.
- 30 days is considered the length of one month for the purposes of top-ups.
- It is prohibited to use the prepaid card for mediation of telecommunications services to third parties.
- Tele2 has the right to close the card in the case of unauthorized use.
- Tele2 reserves the right to change call time rates and the terms of use of prepaid cards.
- The call time loaded on prepaid cards cannot be exchanged for money.
